John Jenkins and Dennis Schroder, who the Hawks recently assigned to the NBA Development League, helped the Bakersfield (Calif.) Jam to a 104-100 victory over the visiting Los Angeles D-Fenders Friday night.

Both players started in their season debuts for the Jam. Jenkins had 20 points, four rebounds and two assists in 32 minutes. Schroder had nine points, six assists and four turnovers in 31 minutes.

The teams play against Saturday night in Los Angeles.
