Richmond Hill raced to a big lead and never looked back in a 45-24 win over Hilton Head Island in Georgia girls basketball on Dec. 16.

The last time Richmond Hill and Hilton Head Island played in a 54-41 game on Dec. 17, 2022.

In recent action on Dec. 2, Richmond Hill faced off against Hilton Head Island and Hilton Head Island took on Savannah on Dec. 9 at Hilton Head Island High School.
