Nov 16, 2021

The football coaching jobs at Houston County, Wayne County and Midtown are open.

Houston County’s Ryan Crawford had three playoff teams in his five seasons, including a Class 6A quarterfinalist in 2019. The 2021 team finished 4-7, losing its final four games.

Wayne County won Region 2-5A titles in Ken Cribb’s first two seasons (2017-18) but bottomed out this season at 0-9. Six losses were to top-10 teams.

Midtown coach Kevin Clark resigned. The Atlanta school formerly known as Grady dropped its varsity schedule after one game.
