The streak is over.

No, not the Kyle Korver 3-point streak. The Hawks’ nine-game losing streak to the Heat.

Korver hit a 3-pointer with 55.1 seconds left as the Hawks earned a 121-114 victory over the Heat Monday on Martin Luther King Day.

The Hawks (21-19, 15-6 home) snapped a two-game losing streak. They last defeated the Heat on Jan. 2, 2012.

Paul Millsap scored a team-high 26 points to lead the Hawks. DeMarre Carroll (19 points), Pero Antic (17), Shelvin Mack (13), Mike Scott (12), Lou Williams (12) and Korver (12) all scored in double-digits.

The Hawks now have consecutive wins at Philips Arena over the Pacers, Rockets and Heat.

The Heat (29-12) had a two-game win streak snapped. LeBron James scored a game-high 30 points.

The Hawks took a 71-70 lead into halftime after leading by as many as 12 points in the second quarter. The Hawks shot 58 percent and the Heat shot 53 percent in the first half. The teams combined to make 19 of 34 3-pointers. Both the 71 points scored and 70 points allowed were first-half season highs for the Hawks.

Millsap had 20 first-half points for the Hawks. James, Ray Allen and Mario Chalmers all had 14 points for the Heat.

The Hawks took a 97-97 advantage into the final quarter.

The Hawks next play at the Magic Wednesday.
