Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player are scheduled to tee off at 3:02 p.m. later today in the Masters Par 3 contest.

The contest is scheduled to start at noon. ESPN will cover the event live from 3-5 p.m. No one who has won the Par 3 contest has gone on to win the Masters. The Par 3 course consists of nine holes covering 1,060 yards. Padraig Harrington and Jonathan Byrd won last year’s contests with scores of 22.

A few of the interesting times:

Noon: Louis Oosthuizen.

12:07 p.m.: Phil Mickelson and Bubba Watson.

1:52 p.m.: Fuzzy Zoeller.

3:16 p.m.: Tom Watson.

3:23 p.m. Rory McIlroy, with girlfriend and tennis star Caroline Wozniacki reportedly as his caddie.

3:44 p.m.: Matt Kuchar, with his two sons as his caddie.

4:35 p.m.: Stewart Cink. Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan caddied for him last year.

Tiger Woods isn’t scheduled to play. Again, all tee times and pairings are tentative.
