Stewart Cink said he can make up ground in the final two rounds of the Masters by playing Augusta National’s four par 5s better.

He is 1 over on those scoring holes and 1 over for the tournament after a par-72 performance on Friday.

“There’s room to make up there,” he said. “It’s not like I’m not trying to play them great. I’m doing the best I can.”

Cink, a Duluth resident and former Georgia Tech standout, said he has played well the past two days as he walks the line between being too conservative and two aggressive.
