After not appearing in a game last season, Georgia Tech safety Jalen Huff has entered the transfer portal. Huff, a 2020 signee from Buford High, made his announcement on social media Thursday. Huff, a two-time member of the ACC academic honor roll, is on track to earn his degree in May and plans to leave Tech as a grad transfer.

Huff had trouble earning playing time in a deep secondary. He played in a total of nine games for the Yellow Jackets in the 2020 and 2021 seasons and was credited with six tackles. Huff, who was not with the team for spring practice, has three seasons of eligibility remaining.
