There were three changes to Georgia Tech’s “Above the Line” chart ahead of the Yellow Jackets’ game against Pittsburgh on Saturday at Bobby Dodd Stadium. The chart that includes the players deemed ready to contribute on the field was released Thursday evening.

Freshman slot receiver Malik Rutherford was added to the chart, returning after an absence for the previous Saturday’s game against North Carolina. Rutherford played a handful of snaps against Clemson.

Receiver Avery Boyd was taken off the list. Boyd, coming back from a season-ending injury last year, has played in one game this season.

Offensive tackle Kenneth Kirby, who has been used as a backup this season, was not on the list for the first time this season. He played Saturday in an unusual alignment in the fourth quarter as a sixth offensive lineman near the goal line in the fourth quarter.
