The Georgia Swarm were defeated at home for the first time in team history Sunday.

The New England Black Wolves went on a 6-2 scoring run to end the game at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Field inside Infinite Energy Arena.

Last year's National Lacrosse League MVP Shawn Evans scored three of the Black Wolves' five goals in the fourth quarter.

The final score was 11-6.

The Swarm dropped to 1-2 with the loss.

The team is off next week and plays three road games versus Toronto, Rochester and Calgary before its next home game on Feb. 14.
