Earnest Greene, a 6-foot-4, 330-pound offensive lineman from Los Angeles, announced Saturday that he will play for the Georgia Bulldogs.

Greene signed with Georgia on signing day Dec. 15, but he kept the signing quiet until he announced Saturday during the All-American Bowl high school all-star game in San Antonio. A four-star recruit, Greene is the 24th player to sign with Georgia in the Class of 2022. Four other players are committed and expected to sign Feb. 2, the first day of the spring signing period.

Greene, who played at St. John Bosco High School, ranks No. 40 overall in the 247Sports Composite ranking. He is the No. 2 interior offensive lineman and the No. 3 overall prospect out of California. Alabama, Ohio State and Texas were his other finalists.
