Former Bulldog and Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley is among the top 10 of NFL Network’s Top 100 Players of 2018, NFL.com announced Thursday.

The Offensive Player of the Year had 1,305 yards and 13 touchdowns, averaging 87 yards per game in 2017. In his three year NFL career, the former Bulldog has 3,296 yards and 29 touchdowns, averaging 74.9 yards per game.

“He’s an animal, and I have a lot of respect for him,” Kansas City Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt said of Gurley. “He’s just a different breed. You can’t coach his speed or power or athleticism.”

This is Gurley’s second appearance on the Top 100 Players, and when officially announced, this will be his first appearance in the top 10.

The top 10 of NFL Network’s Top 100 Players of 2018 will be announced Monday, June 25, beginning at 8 p.m.
