Falcons’ seldom-used cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson started at left cornerback for Desmond Trufant against the Vikings on Sunday.

Wreh-Wilson has been inactive for seven games and has not started this season.

Trufant is in the NFL’s concussion protocol after being injured last week against Tampa Bay.

Free safety Ricardo Allen moved to nickel back on third down and Damontae Kazee came in to play free safety last week when Trufant was hurt. Wreh-Wilson was inactive and C.J. Goodwin took over at left cornerback.

Wilson, a former third-round pick by Tennessee in 2013, has played in 38 NFL games with 13 starts, all with Tennessee.
