TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa Bay's Pro Bowl defensive tackle Gerald McCoy, who had hand surgery later in the week, was declared inactive for today's 1 p.m. kickoff at Raymond James Stadium.

Running back Terron Ward headed up the list of inactives for the Falcons.

McCoy, a three-time Pro Bowler, leads the Bucs in sacks with seven.

Also, kicker Matt Bryant (strained quadriceps) was previously declared out. Shayne Graham will handle the field goal kicking for the second straight game.

Cornerback Phillip Adams, safety Charles Godfrey, tackle Bryce Harris, tight Tony Moeaki and defensive end Malliciah Goodman, were also declared inactive by Atlanta.

The other Bucs inactives include: quarterback Ryan Griffin, linebacker Bruce Carter, defensive end Jacquies Smith, tackle Gosder Cherilus, tight end Brandon Myers and defensive end George Johnson.
