Running back Devonta Freeman (hamstring) is not expected to play, but wasn’t declared out. Safety William Moore (calf) was also not declared out. He has played in the past two exhibition games.

Several other starters, like quarterback Matt Ryan and wide receiver Julio Jones, are not expected to play.
