Falcons coach Dan Quinn, a former SEC defensive coordinator, took note of the Georgia coaching situation on Monday.

Quinn was Florida’s defensive coordinator in 2011 and 2012 and was 0-2 against the Bulldogs.

“I have a lot of respect for Mark in terms of the program that he runs,” Quinn said. “The toughness that they have. Yeah, I was glad to see he’ll go through the bowl. I have to see who they play. He’s certainly somebody who has my respect.”
