Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan on facing the Giants:

Q: How does their defense look without Jason Pierre-Paul?

A: Jason Pierre-Paul is a great player. He's a guy that we've gone against a number of times. We certainly know how good he is. They still have a lot of other good players on their defense. They've got guys who can get after the passer. I thought they did a nice job on defense last week against the Cowboys. They were opportunistic. They created a bunch of turnovers. We are going to have to be on it.

Q: Will it be tougher to be a road team facing the Giants after their controversial loss to the Cowboys?

A: I don't think we can worry about outside stuff like the things going on in New York. We really have to concentrate on trying to execute our plan. If you keep your mindset on that, it helps eliminate some of the distractions. It's about our focus. It's about our execution. Those are the things we can control.

Q: Do you have to worry about the wind playing in MetLife Stadium?

A: It's not as bad as the old Meadowlands, at least from my experiences from playing up there a couple of times. It's a fun place to play. Anytime that you get to go up to New York City and see everything up there, it's a fun experience. We'll be fine.
