FLOWERY BRANCH – With the Falcons off to a 4-0 start, it's starting to become fashionable to discuss the team again on the national football shows after two consecutive losing seasons.

NBC analyst Rodney Harrison, who was considered a long-time Falcons’ hater, declared himself officially on the bandwagon.

“By their bye week, they could be 8-1 or 9-0,” Harrison said. “Pretty amazing.”

While NBC’s Tony Dungy credits Dan Quinn with the turnaround, Harrison believes the key has been the rushing attack.

“But the biggest difference is their ability to run the ball consistently,” Harrison said.

The Falcons next five games are against Washington (2-2), at New Orleans (1-3), at Tennessee (1-2), Tampa Bay (1-3) and at San Franciso (1-3) before their bye week.
