Falcons running back Devonta Freeman remains in the NFL’s concussion protocol, Falcons coach Dan Quinn said Wednesday.
Quinn would not reveal what stage of the five-step process that Freeman is in. He entered the program after he was injured early in the game against the Cowboys on Nov. 2.
Freeman was also in the protocol from Aug. 13-27 after he was injured in the exhibition season.
In other injury news as the Falcons prepare to host the Buccaneers on Sunday, punter Matt Bosher (left ankle) and backup tackle Ty Sambrailo (hamstring) will not practice Wednesday.
The Falcons worked out punter Matt Wile, who played at Michigan, on Monday.
