Here are five things to know before the Falcons (1-3) at Texans’ (2-2) kickoff at 1 p.m. today at NRG Stadium:

1. Bosher out, Wile in. Punter Matt Bosher suffered a right groin injury on Friday and was placed on injured reserve on Saturday. Matt Wile was re-signed and placed on the 53-man roster. Offensive lineman John Wetzel was released.

2. Series: The regular series is tied 2-2 with the home team winning every matchup.

3. Watson reunion: Houston quarterback Deshaun Watson, who's from Gainesville, was a Falcons boy ball in his youth and knows several of the players still on the roster.

4. Matchups to watch: Falcons rookie tackle Kaleb McCary will line up against from Houston defensive end J.J. Watt for most of the game. He'll likely receive some help from a tight end and/or a running back.  Here three other key matchps.

5. Cyprien watch: The Falcons traded for safety Johnathan Cyprien on Monday and the seventh-year NFL veteran hopes to help backfill the void left when strong safety Keanu Neal blew out his Achilles tendon Sept. 22 in Indianapolis.
