The "real" general managers can exit stage left. They've done their job. Fantasy owners are now on the clock.
Looking at the skill position players, we saw 10 quarterbacks, 32 wide receivers, 30 running backs (including fullbacks) and 14 tight ends drafted.
After evaluating the players new situations, I am able to narrow it down to 27 who should have fantasy value in the 2017 season.
QUARTERBACK
Deshaun Watson, Texans
You think Tom Savage and Brandon Weeden can keep the two-time Heisman finalist off the field year one? Me either. A healthy Derek Newton and Nick Martin should help the offensive line have a bounce-back year. If so, Houston has a bushel of weapons for Watson to take advantage of.
Mitchell Trubisky, Bears
There's no way the No. 2 overall pick in the draft isn't seeing the field this season, which is probably a bad thing. Pay close attention during preseason.
Chad Kelly, Broncos
He's likely to redshirt this year, but he's the better prospect compared to Trevor Siemian and Paxton Lynch, regardless of off-the-field concerns. Kelly is a sleeper target in dynasty leagues.
RUNNING BACK
Leonard Fournette, Jaguars
A healthy Fournette is capable of making an Ezekiel Elliott-type impact. So 1,600 total yards and double-digit touchdowns wouldn't surprise me.
Christian McCaffrey, Panthers
McCaffrey will be judged by total yards and big plays. He'll especially be valuable in PPR leagues.
Dalvin Cook, Vikings
Cook fell into the second round because of health and off-the-field concerns, but if he's focused and healthy, he's a top two or three playmaker in this draft. Fortunately, Minnesota added some road-graders (Pat Elflein and Danny Isidora) in the draft. I expect Cook to play lightning to Latavius Murray's thunder.
Joe Mixon, Bengals
If Giovani Bernard doesn't recover well from his ACL injury, Mixon will receive his first opportunity to move on from his checkered past. Otherwise, his first season might be a mixed bag. Jeremy Hill is in a contract year.
Alvin Kamara, Saints
I don't expect much production from Kamara's rookie season with Adrian Peterson and Mark Ingram on the roster.
Samaje Perine, Redskins
Perine will be Washington's starting halfback by midseason, if not earlier. Eight touchdowns his rookie season wouldn't shock me.
Joe Williams, 49ers
Kyle Shanahan knows how to utilize athletic, speedy running backs and Carlos Hyde isn't exactly a pillar of health.
Marlon Mack, Colts
I wasn't impressed with Josh Ferguson last season and Frank Gore can't play forever. Can he? Mack could hold a lot of value come the fantasy playoffs.
WIDE RECEIVER
Corey Davis, Titans
Behind Fournette, I expect Davis to have the biggest fantasy impact of this rookie class. He's Marcus Mariota's top target from day one and could dominate in play-action with Tennessee's powerful running game balancing the offense.
Mike Williams, Chargers
It wouldn't shock me if Philip Rivers throws Williams a half dozen jump balls per game. Double-digit touchdowns is within reach.
John Ross, Bengals
A healthy Ross opposite A.J. Green is a scary thought. I expect his impact to mirror Will Fuller's for Houston last season.
Zay Jones, Bills
Jones will be the best receiver to play opposite of Sammy Watkins during his career with Buffalo. He'll have PPR value from jump, but could develop more value if Watkins' health doesn't hold.
Curtis Samuel, Panthers
Does McCaffrey and Samuel cancel each other out? I don't think they have to. They do similar things, but I think Samuel can play a Steve Smith-like role considering the other participants in the passing game are tall trees like Kelvin Benjamin, Devin Funchess and Greg Olsen.
JuJu Smith-Schuster, Steelers
You may think Martavis Bryant and Sammie Coates are more dynamic. You'd be wrong. Smith-Schuster is electric with the ball in his hands and will prove more trustworthy than those other two. If he can earn the No. 2 spot across from Antonio Brown in this powerful offense, he'll have legit PPR value.
Cooper Kupp, Rams
Let me introduce you to Jared Goff's new best friend. Los Angeles' poor offensive line is still a wild card, but I imagine 70 receptions and six touchdowns is a solid place to start if Goff receives enough time to look downfield.
Josh Reynolds, Rams
Let me introduce you to Goff's other new buddy. The L.A. Rams haven't had a receiver who could stretch the field like this since "Flipper" Anderson.
Noah Brown, Cowboys
Brown will eventually replace Terrance Williams opposite Dez Bryant. He's big, physical and makes plays in the red zone. Like Mack, he could be a waiver wire wonder come the fantasy playoffs.
Malachi Dupre, Packers
Dupre won't have much impact this season barring injuries to Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb and Davante Adams. However, both Nelson and Cobb can opt out of their contracts after this season while Adams becomes an unrestricted free agent.
K.D. Cannon, 49ers
Cannon wasn't even drafted, but he fits Shanahan's offense perfectly and has the ability to even surpass fifth-rounder Trent Taylor as the 49ers "Taylor Gabriel."
TIGHT END
O.J. Howard, Buccaneers
Not only does Howard have the potential to be a star, his presence could even enhance Jameis Winston and Mike Evans. Cameron Brate caught 57 balls for 660 yards and eight touchdowns last season. Howard will at least match those numbers year one.
Evan Engram, Giants
Eli Manning hasn't had this sort of weapon at the position since Jeremy Shockey. While defenses are focusing on the wide receivers (Odell Beckham Jr., Brandon Marshall and Sterling Shepard), Engram will be running circles around linebackers, especially in the red zone. This could be a very prolific passing offense in 2017.
David Njoku, Browns
Cleveland released Gary Barnidge, so Njoku will have plenty of opportunity to make an impact. He's certainly dynamic, but remains really raw in his skillset, so lower your expectations accordingly. He's still a first rounder in your dynasty drafts.
Gerald Everett, Rams
Hey, look, another player who wants to be Goff's friend. Everett is essentially another wide receiver and someone has to replace Kenny Britt's production from last season.
George Kittle, 49ers
San Francisco attempted to trade Vance McDonald during the draft. This tells me Kittle will receive an opportunity and he has the athleticism to be dynamic in Shanahan's offense.
