FLOWERY BRANCH — The Atlanta Falcons selected guard Wes Schweitzer in the sixth round (195th overall) of the NFL draft Saturday.

The Falcons acquired the pick from the Houston Texans after dropping back from 50th to 52nd in the second round of the draft Thursday.

Schweitzer played at San Jose State.
