Falcons offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian elected to call the game against the Dolphins from the pressbox on Sunday.

He called the previous four games from the sidelines.

The Falcons scored a field goal and a touchdown on their first two possessions of the game, including a 40-yard touchdown pass to Marvin Hall.

Despite a 3-1 record, the Falcons were struggling offensively in the red zone, with deep passes and on third downs with Sarkisian working from the sidelines.

The Falcons were stopped on their third possession against and Matt Bosher got off a 47-yard punt that had 4.53 seconds of hang time.

Sarkisian is in his first season of calling NFL games as a coordinator.
