1. Falcons RG Garrett Reynolds vs. Colts DT Jamaal Anderson: Reynolds also will face starter Fili Moala. Anderson, a former Falcons first-round pick, has one sack in eight games. He returned a fumble 47 yards for a touchdown against Pittsburgh. He's helped to reinforce the defensive line rotation. Lately, he has played some at defensive end in running situations and at tackle in the nickel.

2. Falcons LT Will Svitek vs. Colts DE Dwight Freeney: Svitek will make his second start in a row for Sam Baker. Freeney needs 1.5 sacks to become the 26th player with 100 career sacks since the stat became official in 1982. Despite the Colts' woes, Freeney, a six-time Pro Bowler, still is one of the game's best edge rushers. Svitek had a very strong debut as he held Detroit's Kyle Vanden Bosch sackless.

3. Falcons FBs Mike Cox and Jason Snelling vs Colts LB Pat Angerer: Cox and Snelling will attempt to replace sledgehammer blocker Ovie Mughelli, who was placed on injured reserve. The Falcons relied on their rushing attack in wins over Carolina and Detroit. They'll try to get things moving with the newly signed Cox and Snelling trying to fill the Pro Bowler Mughelli's shoes. Angerer leads the NFL in tackles with 89.
