At current pace, Matt Ryan could become NFL’s all-time passing leader

On Sunday, Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan surpassed Warren Moon and moved into the top 10 list of the NFL's all-time passing with a 311-yard performance against the Panthers.

Nine games into his 12th season in Atlanta, Ryan has 49,383 passing yards. Ryan’s pace puts him ahead of all nine players listed ahead of him — three are Hall of Famers and five are active on NFL rosters.

Every player on the list ahead of Ryan has at least 15 years experience. This is where they all stood in comparison to Ryan’s career:

Brees, in his 19th season, leads all NFL passers with 75,733 career yards. He is closest trailed by Tom Brady with 73,266 yards after 20 seasons.
