Falcons’ linebacker Vic Beasley will host Rally Kids –– children who are currently fighting or who have fought cancer –– at training camp on Thursday.

Beasley became a spokesperson for the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research in 2016, and this season, each time Beasley makes a tackle, Beasley and fans can help raise money for the foundation, known as Vic Beasley 44 Tackle & Sack Challenge.

CEO and Founder of Rally Foundation Dean Crowe spoke highly of Beasley’s involvement with the foundation.

“Vic is amazing and truly has a heart for our Rally Kids,” said Crowe in a statement. "It was evident from the first time we worked with Vic for Rally On the Runway in 2016. His invitation for our Rally Kids to be his VIP guests at training camp is just another example of that. We are thrilled to have Vic’s continued support, not only off the field, but for another season with the ‘Vic Beasley 44 Tackle & Sack Challenge.' It is a fun way to support a cause near to Vic’s heart and for fans to cheer him on!"

The Rally Kids are Beasley’s special guests on Thursday and will watch practice from the VIP tent.
