The Atlanta Falcons are just one of the NFL teams supporting Hugs from Holly Day on Wednesday to honor the memory of Holly Heap— the daughter of former Ravens’ and Cardinals’ tight end Todd Heap.

After the tragic death of three-year-old Holly in late April, the Heap family started the Hugs from Holly campaign.

Anyone can participate in the campaign by giving hugs and spreading acts of kindness.

To honor Holly's memory and celebrate her birthday on Wednesday, the Heaps family listed ways friends, family and fans can honor her memory on the Hugs from Holly website:

“1. Wear pink in Holly’s honor,  2. Make a plan to share hugs and spread love and joy through random acts of heartfelt kindness for those in your community. Smile more. Compliment somebody. Write a kind note. Share treats (or chicken nuggets). Do a free lemonade stand. Leave a bigger tip than usual. Pay for the person behind you in the drive-thru. Donate a book in Holly’s honor. Turn up the music and dance… the list is endless. Be creative! 3. Capture your family spreading joy and post your pictures using the hashtag #hugsfromhollyday.”

Here’s how NFL players and teams honored Holly on Wednesday:
