What’s on tap for Atlanta United’s players who are out on loan through the weekend?

Midfielder Chris McCann and Coventry City will play Oldham Athletic at 10 a.m. Saturday. The only way to watch is to fly to England. For giggles, I looked up airline and hotel prices on Thursday. According to Travelocity, you can fly to Birmingham, England and rent a hotel room for two nights for around $2,300. And that includes taxes and fees.

Goalkeeper Alex Tambakis, midfielder Andrew Carleton and forward Jeffrey Otoo will play Richmond at 5 p.m. Saturday. It can be seen on youtube. Tambakis, Atlanta United's first signing, has played in 17 matches. He has a save percentage 76.7 and a goals-against average of 1.00. Otoo has played in three games for a total of 81 minutes. Carleton, 16 years old, has played in two games.

Midfielder Junior Burgos and Tampa Bay will take on Carolina at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. It can be seen on ESPN3. Burgos has made just eight appearances for the Rowdies this season.

Forward Hector Villalba and Club Tijuana will play Pachuca at 8 p.m. Saturday. The game will be televised by Fox Sports Chile, one of your more popular channels.

Forward Kenwyne Jones and Central FC are also off this weekend. They won't play until taking on Vancouver in the CONCACAF Champions League on Sept. 29.
