Quarterback Trey White is healthy and will play for Kennesaw State (6-4, 2-3 Big South) in Saturday’s season-ending game at Presbyterian (1-9, 0-5).
White suffered a shoulder injury two weeks ago in the 28-14 loss to Charleston Southern, which forced him to miss last week’s 45-13 loss to Coastal Carolina.
White has rushed for 809 yards and passed for 1,022 yards this season and has an outside chance with a good game on Saturday to become just the first player in Big South Conference history to rush and pass for at least 1,000 yards in a season.
White wouldn’t divulge much of in the injury during a press conference on Wednesday, other than to say he is 100 percent.
Jake McKenzie played quarterback in White’s place against the Chanticleers.
