Georgia fans show support to begin the 4th quarter against Florida Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018, in Jacksonville.

The party leading up to the Georgia-Florida game Saturday got under way Tuesday, with the designated RV parking area nearest TIAA Bank Field opening its gates to residents.

And close by there it will remain.

The Jacksonville Landing, which has served as the destination for what once was known as the “World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party,” is gone. The Landing, which opened in 1987, was demolished as part of a revitalization project along the St. Johns River.
