Georgia Tech senior wide receiver Darren Waller has been suspended for the first two games of the 2014 football season for a violation of team rules, coach Paul Johnson said Friday. Waller will miss games against Wofford on Aug. 30 in the season and home opener and against Tulane on Sept. 6 in New Orleans.

Waller played in 12 games last season with four starts. He had 17 receptions for 367 yards and three touchdowns, including a 72-yard TD reception against Ole Miss in the Franklin Mortgage Music City Bowl.
