Georgia Tech’s 2015 game at Notre Dame has been set for Sept. 19. It’s part of Notre Dame’s agreement to play five games against ACC opponents annually starting in 2014.

The Fighting Irish will play a road game at Bobby Dodd Stadium in a following year, but a date has not been set.

The Notre Dame game will be part of a daunting schedule for the Yellow Jackets. Besides the games against the Coastal Division, Tech will also play Florida State and Georgia (both at home). Tech will also play Tulane at home, scheduled for Sept. 12, the Saturday before the Notre Dame game. A fourth non-conference has yet to be scheduled.

It will be Tech’s first appearance at Notre Dame Stadium since 2007, when the Jackets defeated the Irish 33-3 in the season opener for both teams.
