Cornerback and Georgia Tech verbal commit OJ Tucker has received an offer from Maryland.

Tucker confirmed the offer on his Twitter page on Tuesday in a post that reads "Blessed and very excited to receive my 22nd offer form the University of Maryland."

Tucker, a 6-foot-1, 190 pound senior from Vanguard High School in Ocala, Fla., committed to Tech on Aug.6, but is already on flip watch after an interview with 247Sports where Tucker, a 3-star recruit, admitted that he might flip to Nebraska after he visits this fall.

With four other defensive backs out of 13 verbal commits for the signing class of 2017, Tucker told 247 Sports that he’s looking for a college team where he can play and “possibly lead the country in interceptions and pass deflections.”

The most recent of Tucker’s 22 offers are Georgia Southern, East Carolina, North Carolina, Appalachian State, Southern Miss and Louisville.
