Nine things you may not know about Tom Crean
After Georgia fired men’s basketball coach Mark Fox on Saturday, athletic director Greg McGarity reportedly turned to two potential successors over the weekend.
One of them, Thad Matta, received an offer to succeed Fox, but he turned it down Wednesday. That could lead McGarity to turn to the other candidate from the weekend, former Indiana and Marquette coach Tom Crean.
