Blackman High School running back Master Teague has received an offer from Georgia Tech for the 2018 signing class.

A 3-star junior from Murfreesboro, Tenn., Teague confirmed his scholarship offer on his Twitter page, writing he was "blessed to receive a scholarship offer" on Sept. 9 and thanking coach Paul Johnson and safeties coach Andy McCollum.

Teague, a 5-foot-10, 194 pound junior, rushed for 490 yards so far this season, averaging four yards per carry, according to MaxPreps.

In his past two season playing for Blackman, Teague averaged 191.5 total yards per game, including kick returns. In his junior season, Teague has five kick returns for 267 yards, according to MaxPreps.

In addition to Tech, Teague has received offers from Duke, Memphis, Vanderbilt, Middle Tennessee State, Tennessee, South Carolina and Louisville, according to to Teague’s Twitter page.

In Teague’s junior season, the Blackman Blaze is 1-2, coming off a loss Friday against Shades Valley High School from Birmingham, Ala. The Blaze’s next game is against Oakland High School at home on Friday.
