Georgia Tech guard Ty Marshall was named the ACC player of the week for the third time this season after scoring 64 points in two games for the Yellow Jackets.

Marshall scored a career-high 37 points against Miami on Sunday, leading Tech to a come-from-behind 68-64 win over the Hurricanes. It was the fourth highest total ever for a Tech player and the most since Niesha Butler scored 40 against Florida State Jan. 1999. Marshall made 18 of 30 shots and added six rebounds and four steals.

Against Wake Forest, Marshall scored 27 points to go with 10 rebounds for her eighth double-double of the season along with five steals, tying her career high.

Tech is 13-14 overall and 6-10 in the ACC, with three consecutive wins and five out of the last seven. The Jackets play their final home game Thursday against Clemson and finish on the road at Boston College on Sunday.
