The Georgia Bulldogs and Florida Gators will continue to play their longtime rivalry in Jacksonville, as both schools have reached an agreement with the city to extend their contract through the 2021 season.

The Georgia-Florida game has been played in Jacksonville - with a few exceptions - since 1933.

The long-running rivalry is one of the highlights of the year in Jacksonville featuring a sellout crowd of more than 83,000 filling every seat at EverBank Field, according to a release from the University of Georgia. The economic impact to Jacksonville for the game in 2015 was $35 million, with more than 5 million fans watching the Southeastern Conference matchup on CBS.

Florida has won the last two meetings against Georgia. The Bulldogs lead the overall series 50–42–2.
