Georgia Tech setting up nonconference matchups, dates, including UGA

April 29, 2017Opponents and dates for six Georgia Tech nonconference games for the 2016-17 season were obtained through an open-records request.
They are as follows:
November 19: Bethune-Cookman
November 22: Texas-Rio Grande Valley
November 24: North Texas
December 1: Grambling
December 17: Florida A&M
December 19: at Georgia
Tech will also play UCLA in its season opener Nov. 11 (tentatively scheduled) in Shanghai and also has contracted games with Tennessee (home) and Wofford (away). Dates for those two games have not been set.
