The kickoff times and TV assignments for four of Georgia Tech’s 12 games were announced Friday by the ACC, including two games that will start in the noon hour.

Tech will play its Sept. 1 season opener against Alcorn State at Bobby Dodd Stadium at 12:30 p.m. The third game of the season, Sept. 15 at Pittsburgh, also will be a 12:30 p.m. kickoff. Both games will be televised on the ACC’s regional sports network, which in the past has been Fox Sports South in Atlanta.

The kickoff times and TV outlets for the Yellow Jackets’ two non-Saturday games were also announced. They’ll play at Louisville on Oct. 5 (a Friday) at 7 p.m. on ESPN and then at Virginia Tech on Oct. 25 (a Thursday) at 7:30 p.m. That game will also be carried on ESPN.
