Seven junior college players signed with Georgia State on Wednesday, four linemen, two linebackers and one running back.
On offense, the Panthers signed three from California colleges: running back Kendrick Dorn of San Bernardino Valley College and linemen Dom Roldan of Grossmont College and Tyler Simonsen of San Bernardino Valley College.
On defense, the Panthers signed linemen DeQueszman Kelley of Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College and Julien Laurent of New Mexico Military Institute and linebackers Kelvin Rainey of Iowa Western CC and Kaleb Ringer of Butler CC in Eldorado, Kan.
Three freshmen who signed in February but deferred their enrollment will join the team for spring semester: linebacker Ed Curney, tight end Ari Werts and offensive lineman Lucas Johnson.
