Georgia State’s season-opening football game against Ball State on Sept. 2 at the Georgia Dome will kick off at 7 p.m. It will be televised by the American Sports Network.
The Panthers went 6-7 and appeared in the first bowl game last season. They will open camp on Thursday with nine starters returning on defense and as many as seven on offense.
