ATHENS — Georgia's football game at Missouri on Saturday will start at noon and will be nationally televised by CBS, it was announced today.

The game time had not been known earlier because CBS exercised its six-day option to delay decisions on Saturday’s broadcasts until today.

CBS wound up choosing No. 2 Auburn’s game at No. 3 Mississippi State for the network’s marquee 3:30 p.m. SEC telecast Saturday. The network’s lead announce team of Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson, with Allie LaForce reporting, will call that game.

ESPN also will carry an SEC doubleheader Saturday: Alabama at Arkansas at 6 p.m. and Ole Miss at Texas A&M at 9 p.m.

On the SEC Network, Kentucky’s home game against Louisiana-Monroe will start at noon, Tennessee’s home game against Tennessee-Chattanooga at 4 p.m., and LSU’s game at Florida at 7:30 p.m.

CBS’ Carter Blackburn and Aaron Taylor, with Jamie Erdahl reporting, will call the Georgia-Missouri game.
