Francis leaving Georgia State

Oct 9, 2014Georgia State freshman wide receiver Maaseiah Francis has been granted his release.
Francis, who played at Norcross High, has yet to appear in a game this season.
He is the second freshman to transfer out of the program this year. The first was running back Krysten Hammon.
