Leonard Warner, a four-star inside linebacker from Brookwood High School, unofficially visited Georgia Tech, according to a Twitter post by Georgia Tech Recruiting.
Warner has visited Tech four times, including his weekend visit. Warner unofficially visited on Sept. 13, 2014, April 4 and July 17, according to 247 Sports.
Warner, a 6-foot-4, 226-pound senior from Snellville, Ga., has scholarship offers from 23 colleges, according to 247 Sports. In addition to his offer from Georgia Tech, Warner has offers from FBS programs such as Florida State, Duke, Georgia, Ohio State, Stanford, Alabama, Auburn, Michigan and Louisville.
One of Warner’s most recently visits was to Stanford the weekend of Oct. 1.
Listed at No. 21 on the 247 Sports list of top 2017 recruits in the state of Georgia and at No. 8 on 247 Sports' top inside linebackers for 2017, Warner is predicted to choose Georgia. Warner posted a photo on Twitter in April of a visit to Georgia in which the linebacker is posing with Georgia coach Kirby Smart.
Warner, who was named WSB’s Athlete of the Week on Sept. 30, runs a 4.66 40-yard dash time, according to 247 Sports.
