Minter is one of 12 semifinalists for the Butkus Award. … Coach Les Miles wants more production from QB Zach Mettenberger (Oconee County), who has completed 56 percent of his attempts for 1,419 yards and seven TDs. He's ninth in the SEC in yards and 12th in passing efficiency at 124.4. "I see him coming. I see him progressing, and he was smarter with the ball in the (Texas A&M) game more than he was in the past," Miles said.
