Swilling brothers expected to announce commitment Monday
Brothers Bruce Jordan-Swilling and Tre Swilling are expected to announce their college decisions Monday, according to a tweet by Swilling.
In a Tweet from 10:32 Monday morning, Swilling announced that he and Jordan-Swilling would have "big news today."
The brothers, both seniors at Brother Martin High School in New Orleans, La., are the sons of former New Orleans Saint and Georgia Tech All-American, Pat Swilling.
Jordan-Swilling currently plays running back for Brother Martin, but was also recruited at outside linebacker. One of Louisiana's highest recruited players of 2017, Jordan-Swilling is listed at sixth in the 2017 Top Louisiana Football Recruits by 247 Sports.
In his junior season with Brother Martin, Jordan-Swilling rushed for over 2000 yards and 30 touchdowns.
Jordan-Swilling’s final five colleges are Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia and Georgia Tech, according to 247 Sports.
Swilling, a 6-foot, 180 pound cornerback, fell from a 4-star to a 3-star ranking this spring due to extra weight and muscle put on in the off-season. He is being recruited as a defensive back.
Swilling’s top choices are Alabama, LSU, Michigan, Florida, Florida State and Georgia Tech, according to 247 Sports.
