With a 19-14 record, the Atlanta Braves sit atop the National League East and earned the No. 9 spot on ESPN's MLB Power Rankings released Monday.

The Braves jumped up six spots from Week 4 rankings, even though they were swept by the San Francisco Giants over the weekend.

“Dansby Swanson landing on the DL last week is really the lone dark spot on what otherwise has been a fabulous start for your first-place Braves,” ESPN’s Ken Woolums wrote. “Atlanta now owns the best run differential in the NL (plus-42). And while he has gone hitless in three of his past five games, Ronald Acuna Jr. still has an OPS above .900 early in his MLB career.”

The Braves begin a two-game series at the Tampa Bay Rays at 7:10 p..m. Tuesday.
