Colorful TNT reporter Craig Sager is back on the sidelines during the NBA playoffs, and he's taken his look to the next level for the postseason.

"Am I naive? Maybe. Am I in denial? No," Sager told Sports Illustrated. "I know the severity. But I have faith, I have support. I have hope. Hope is as important as breath."
