Led by guards Tim Frazier and E’Twaun Moore, the Pelicans (5-10) shot 52 percent from the field and connected on 11-of-25 three-point attempts. Fraizer had a double-double as he posted 21 points and 14 assists, and Moore contributed 15 points of his own.
For the Hawks (9-5), guards Dennis Schroder and Kyle Korver were the lead men with 14 apiece on a night when six different Hawks scored in double figures. Although power forward Paul Millsap avoided matching up with Davis for most of the night, he had just 10 points and eight rebounds. Davis’ replacement, Terrence Jones, chipped in 17 points for the visitors.
