Hawks forward Paul Millsap was a nominee for the Eastern Conference Player of the Week award for Nov. 10-16.

The award went to the Cavaliers’ LeBron James. He led the Cavaliers to a 3-0 record for the week by averaging 35.0 points, including a 32-point game against the Hawks Saturday. He also had 7.7 assists and 7.0 rebounds.

The Trail Blazers’ Damian Lillard won the award in the Western Conference as Portland had a 3-0 record with Lillard averaging 28.0 points and 8.7 assists.

Millsap led the Hawks to a 3-1 week with averages of 21.0 points and 6.7 rebounds. He had 30 points and 17 rebounds in a win over the Jazz.

Other nominees for the weekly awards were the Cavaliers’ Kyrie Irving, Mavericks’ Monta Ellis, Rockets’ James Harden, Pacers’ A.J. Price, Clippers’ Chris Paul, Grizzlies’ Mike Conley, Pelicans’ Anthony Davis and Jazz’s Gordon Hayward.
