Howard leaves with quad contusion

Dwight Howard left Tuesday’s game with a left quad contusion and did not return.

Howard went back to the locker room in the third quarter after coming out of the game following a technical foul in a contest against the Heat.

Howard had his eighth double-double of the season with 11 points and 11 rebounds before exiting for the night.
